EVERYTHING only gets unlocked with you hit master prestige.
If you don't, you will always have to unlock it with your tokens, which, eventually will run out before you can unlock everything.
So, if you only use specific things, you can always have those since there is more than enough to unlock the majority of things to use.
But you will only unlock EVERYTHING at 11.
